Standard return window
You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

60-day satisfaction guarantee — Elysian Drops
Our Elysian Drops come with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order only. This guarantee is designed to give new customers a risk-free opportunity to try the product. Subsequent orders are not covered, as placing a new order reflects a continued decision to use the product.
Under this guarantee, the product may be returned regardless of whether it has been opened or used — as long as the bottle is sent back to us. One guarantee per customer.

How to start a return
Contact us at Support@novadigestive.com to request a return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Please ensure you send your return with a tracked shipping service. Without track and trace, we cannot guarantee the package will arrive and we are unable to process your refund for lost shipments. Always retain your tracking number until your refund has been confirmed.

Damages & incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it.

Non-returnable items
Perishable goods, custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it first and once accepted, place a new separate order.

EU customers — 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at Support@novadigestive.com.
